How to Get Over Jet Lag

When traveling in different time zones, your body is in line for hours. The nature of the human body completely changes the model and nature is disturbed. Depends on an individual in order to adapt quickly to new time zone. Jet Lag only happens when crossing international borders or traveling for a long time. The period of time is calculated from the number of time zones crossed. There are some tricks that can help overcome jet delay
